We are building an expert team of agricultural sales professionals and building relationships with Ag fertilizer distributors and directly with growers.

We are building an expert team of agricultural sales professionals and building relationships with Ag fertilizer distributors and directly with growers.

You will be spending at least 5-10 days traveling a month and working by phone as you build your base of customers. Grower’s Secret products are sold to businesses throughout the US.  We have over 10,000 target accounts and growing.

You must love pioneering, and know how to close and get orders. Starting this job with current contacts is essential. We'll give you excellent training on our products and why they are the industry leaders.....that, combined with your proven sales skills and contacts, will build you a solid account base that will reward you well.

Desired Skills & Experience
Exceptional opportunity for experienced people. We need high energy, polished communicators with recent sales experience for sustainable agricultural fertilizer company selling to Ag distributors and direct to growers. Good working knowledge of farming methods, fertilizer application choices, and a desire to benefit growers. PCA or CCA designation preferred. Base Salary plus Commissions. To be Qualified, you must bring the following…

 PROVEN SUCCESS as sales rep and/or agronomist for last 2-4 YEARS for Ag fertilizer company including:

  • Strong determination
  • Relentless desire to WIN
  • Solid positive attitude
  • Strong competitive spirit
  • Fearless proven & successful ability to talk to new people and companies.
  • Verifiable sales track record, with total sales, $ per order average, total number of orders.

Clear, genuine & concise manner

  • Ability to work from home or office.
  • Ability to think quickly, and lead discussions where necessary
  • Strong attention to procedure, stages of sale, pipeline.

Must have strong experience using CRM/ERP like salesforce, NetSuite, sap, or the similar. We use the most advanced technologies to accomplish our goals; you must have experience and comfort with technology tools.
